“ If I were to set out to create a restaurant custom-built to attract and cater to a loyal customer base, I would do exactly what the owners of Ricky’s Mexican food restaurant did. They took over an under performing restaurant at the Outlets in Woodstock, deep cleaned it, renamed it, created a very flavorful menu, and staffed it with an incredible group of people who make you feel like you are home…every time you visit. It’s our “go to” in Woodstock when we don’t feel like cooking or frankly, when we’ve had a rough day at work and need a pick me up. You leave there looking forward to the next visit. If you haven’t tried it since they took over, would highly recommend giving this place a whirl at the Outlets. ”
